1. What is a “Birthday Signature Gift”?

It’s a fully personalised, premium gift designed specially for birthdays.
You can add your name, photo, date, or message — or choose “Buy Now” and let Prime7M create a surprise design for you.

2. How do I place a custom order?

Very simple:
Click “Order on WhatsApp” → Send your name, photo, and message → Approve the preview → Product is made and shipped.

3. What happens if I click “Buy Now”?

“Buy Now” means you want Prime7M to design the gift in our signature style.
No personalization from your side — we create the best version for you.

4. Can I see my design before finalizing?

Yes.
For custom orders, we send a preview on WhatsApp before making the final product.

5. How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location:

  • Design Time: 1–2 days

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days pan-India
    We also share live tracking.

    • Regular personalised gifts: 4–7 days

    • Unique or highly customized gifts: 7–10 days

    Handmade items take a little extra time,
    but quality and finishing always stay premium.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most cities in India.
(If any area is restricted, we will inform you on WhatsApp.)

7. Are the products handmade?

Yes — all Prime7M products are premium handcrafted pieces.
Every order is made individually with attention to detail.

8. Can I return the product?

Returns are available for orders above ₹1,000 (non-custom items).
Customised products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing issue.

9. How do I request a return?

Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number + picture of the product.
Our team will guide you through the process.

10. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

11. Do you offer warranty?

Yes.
On resin keychains and nameplates, we offer 6-month color guarantee
(Free replacement — shipping included).

12. Is the lighting base included?

It’s optional.
You can select Normal Base / LED Base / RGB Base depending on your choice.

13. Will the colors or design look exactly the same as photos?

Each product is handmade and unique —
so slight variations are normal and part of the premium handcrafted feel.

14. I made a mistake in my name or message. What do I do?

Message us immediately on WhatsApp.
If the product is not in production, we will gladly update it.
